Who can participate?

Our research program is targeting practitioners from the GCC Region who have experience in the following roles: Strategy & Business Planning Manager, Strategy Planning Specialist, Corporate Performance Manager, Corporate Performance Specialist, Executives, People Performance Manager/Specialist, Human Resources Specialists, Business Management Consultants.

How do I know which survey fits my expertise?

Start with the area that best reflects your day-to-day work. If you focus on setting direction, choose Strategic Planning. If your work involves KPIs or tracking performance, go for Performance Measurement. Those improving processes may align with Performance Improvement, while HR professionals and team leads may prefer Employee Performance Management. If you're shaping values and behaviors, try Performance Culture.

That said, many roles span multiple areas—so you’re welcome to complete more than one if your experience applies.

How long does each survey take?

Each survey takes around 20 minutes to complete. The majority of questions require the respondent to select from a list of pre-defined response options. Very few questions are open-ended.

Please note that to access your rewards, you must submit answers to all questions in the survey.

Are survey responses confidential?

Yes, your answers are confidential. We are requesting demographic data through the survey to analyze and interpret data accurately.

In addition, your contact details will be requested to submit the rewards for completing the survey.

How can I access my rewards after the survey?

In one week’s time after you have submitted the survey, an email will be sent to you with instructions to access your benefits. The rewards are available only to those who complete the entire questionnaire.

The free copy of the research report corresponding to the survey submitted will be shared by March 2026, via email from the GPA Unit.
