    This training program spans over 40 hours of study, including assignments before and after the instructor-led training to enhance skills development and learning retention.

Learning Experience

01.

Pre course

Pre-course evaluation quiz: we assess your current level of knowledge and understanding of the topic.

Prerequisite reading: go through several articles related to performance management to have a broader understanding of this domain.

02.

Core course

The curricula is structured in 9 modules and it ensures a proper balance between practice (70%) and lecture (30%) . In addition to group assignments, the learners are also practicing for the exam during the class through short quizzes after each module.

03.

Exam

The certification exam is an online test consisting of 75 multiple-choice questions. To successfully pass the test it is required to answer correctly at least 50 out of 75 questions.

The exam can be taken at the convenience of the learner, but not later than 12 months after attending the course.

04.

After course

Action plan: improvement initiatives should be set for the organization analyzed by the learner, considering the knowledge gained during the course.

In-house presentation: participants are required to deliver an in-house presentation to their colleagues about the key takeaways of the course.

Learning journal: participants are expected to keep a journal to reflect on their learning experience during the certification program – what have they learnt, where and when can they apply this knowledge, in what form, who can support them.

Certification Process

  • To become a Certified Strategy & Performance Maturity Assessment Professional, learners must complete all pre and post-course assignments, attend the training delivery and successfully pass the exam.

    The following diplomas are being provided:
    - Certificate of Completion (soft copy): after completing pre-course activities and passing the Certification Exam;
    - Certificate of Attendance (soft copy): after taking part in the 5 days of the live session course;
    - Certified Professional diploma (soft copy): after you have successfully completed all 3 stages of the learning experience and the contractor has received full payment.
    - CPD Certificate of Attendance (soft copy): once you have successfully obtained the Professional status.
