This educational program is available only to Certified Strategy
& Performance Management Audit Professionals, representing a critical step in the journey of
becoming an Accredited Assessor.
At this stage, you are required to choose your specialization track. Those who complete all
specialization tracks of the Integrated Performance Maturity Model (5) will receive an
additional credential as Certified Strategy & Performance Management Audit Practitioner.

organization based on the case study materials provided.

The portfolio includes five assignments covering the key milestones in the maturity assessment project. The development of the portfolio is estimated at 40 hours of individual study.
Apply the maturity assessment criteria to rate best practices using the case study context and documents.
Identify the suitable stakeholders for the maturity questionnaires based on the list of employees.
Process the survey data in the case study to reflect accurately the maturity scores.
Write the final assessment report including key findings, conclusions and recommendations.
Write the detailed roadmap for improvement for the case study organization.
After completing the Practitioner Track, participants can continue their journey towards Assessor Accreditation.
