Overview

  • This educational program is available only to Certified Strategy & Performance Management Audit Professionals, representing a critical step in the journey of becoming an Accredited Assessor.

    At this stage, your are required to choose your specialization track from the 5 capabilities of the maturity model.

    Professionals must demonstrate the ability to apply the maturity model and assess an organization based on the case study materials provided.

    "While it is not mandatory, we strongly encourage learners to expand their skills and select more than one specialization track. Recommended bundles include: - Strategy Planning, Performance Measurement, and Performance Improvement.
    - Performance Measurement and Performance Improvement.
    - Employee Performance and Performance Culture.


    Those who successfully complete all specialization tracks will also receive the credentials of Certified Strategy & Performance Management Audit Practitioner.

Learning Experience

01.

Access your case study files

Upon enrollment, candidates receive access to a fictive company that requires a maturity assessment. The candidates can review all documents and prepare questions regarding the assignment or the company for their first coaching session.

02.

Coaching session 1 (1 hour)

Online meeting with a GPAU Coach to address concerns and to be offered guidance to successfully complete the assignments.

03.

Develop your portfolio

The portfolio includes 5 assignments, which reflect activities specific to the maturity assessment project. The candidate received access to the full assessment methodology and tools, along with a case study for a client-organization.

04.

Coaching session 2 (1 hour)

During the development of assignments, the candidate has access to another coaching session to ask for feedback or guidance if needed.

05.

Submit your portfolio

The candidate must officially send the full portfolio for review and evaluation.

06.

Evaluation meeting

The GPAU Coach will assess the portfolio and prepare an official evaluation report. To close the process, an online meeting will take place to provide feedback and inform on the evaluation conclusion.

Practitioner Portfolio

The portfolio includes five assignments covering the key milestones in the maturity assessment project. The development of the portfolio is estimated at 40 hours of individual study.

Documentation Review and Scoring

Apply the maturity assessment criteria to rate best practices using the case study context and documents.

Continue the Journey

After completing the Practitioner Track, participants can continue their journey towards Assessor Accreditation.
