Stage 3: Master

Overview

  • This last stage of the GPAU Performance Excellence Academy is dedicated to validating your skills and knowledge to become an Accredited Assessor.

    The specialization track chosen as part of the previous stage (Practitioner) is continued with 4 accreditation levels. Professionals are engaged directly in real-life projects with client organizations to optimize their systems and create impact. Under the guidance of an Expert Coach, you will get to experience your first maturity assessment and then continue to grow as your practice expands.
    * For each capability, the candidates must undertake a separate learning and accreditation track,

GPAU Accredited Assessor - Specialist Level

- Based on the quality of the first maturity assessment delivered
- Includes 2 hours of coaching
- Requires a formal evaluation form from the Expert Coach supervising the practice

GPAU Accredited Assessor - Senior Level

- Offered based on experience after 4 maturity assessments per capability
- Considers also client feedback on the assessments delivered

- Considers also client feedback on the assessments delivered
