NGO Performance Maturity Program
Target
Large, established NGOs that want to improve how they operate, govern, and communicate impact, especially those preparing for funding applications or partnerships.
What we do
We conduct performance maturity assessments using the GPAU methodology. You receive a diagnostic report, a maturity score, and a prioritized improvement roadmap, all pro bono.
Why it matters
Many NGOs are expected to demonstrate stronger governance, transparency, and operational evidence while working with limited resources for institutional development. GPAU helps close that gap by turning organizational priorities into documented, traceable processes that strengthen decision-making, build funder confidence, and support more resilient growth.
GPAU Impact Fellowship
Target
Young professionals, recent graduates, and MBA/MPA students who want hands-on experience in the social impact sector, beyond theory.
What we do
Fellows conduct real NGO performance assessments using the GPAU methodology, supervised by Veteran Experts. They build a portfolio of live project work and earn a path toward formal GPAU accreditation.
Why it matters
There is a persistent capability gap between what formal education provides and what the impact sector requires. Many talented professionals enter the field without having worked on a real organizational challenge. The fellowship helps close that gap through direct exposure to governance, strategy, and operational improvement in actual organizations, supported by expert mentorship. Each assessment provides substantive experience, not a simulation.
Senior Expert Contribution Program
Target
Senior professionals from consulting, management, finance, or the social sector, who are ready to contribute their expertise in a new context, on their own terms.
What we do
Senior expert advisors review Fellow assessment reports, validate NGO improvement roadmaps, and contribute to refining the GPAU methodology. Involvement is flexible, structured around your availability, not a fixed role.

Many experienced professionals reach a point where they want to contribute beyond the boundaries of a traditional career track. The Senior Experts Contribution Program creates a practical way to apply professional judgment to real organizational challenges, remain intellectually engaged, and connect with peers who share the same commitment.
