Meet the GPAU team and align on the assessment scope, timeline, required documentation, and key coordination points.

Collect internal documents

The designated liaison person coordinates the collection and submission of documents and supporting evidence for the assessment. Clarifications on submitted files may be requested during this stage.

Conduct interviews

Interviews are conducted with selected internal stakeholders to clarify evidence, explore key topics, and better understand organizational practices.

Evaluate organizational practices

All findings from documents and interviews are used to form an expert opinion and score the organization against the assessment criteria. The GPAU's maturity model frameworks represent the blueprint for the evaluation.

Obtain outputs

Assessment scores, observations, and high-level recommendations are consolidated into a Microsoft Excel-based report and dashboard.

Understand next steps

PerforAssess™ Diagnose assessments are conducted by qualified professionals recognized by the Global Performance Audit Unit to perform maturity assessments. Depending on their qualification level, they may be GPAU Authorized Assessors or GPAU Accredited Assessors.
