1. Evidence-Based Review

1. Evidence-Based Review

The self-assessment includes the evaluation items and criteria that a GPAU Accredited Assessor would use to review the organizational practices. The scoring should consider formalized practices reflected by the policies, procedures, and official outputs or documents of the duties. The evidence-based scoring reflects the internal assessor's point of view as per the documents review and clarified interviews with the internal stakeholders.

2. Perception-Based Review

The assessment methodology also draws insights from internal stakeholders across different functions, captured through a survey. The QuickScan tool showcases the survey statements for each capability, integrating the ratings offered by the user in the final maturity calculation.
