All organizations Awarded for The Hallmark of Excellence, Maturity Level V, will be automatically proposed and enter upon their acceptance in the Performace Excellence Hall of Fame for the nominated categories.

    Choose the Service Deployment Option

    The client can choose from two potential pathways for service deployment presented in the next step.

    Note: Self-assessments and diagnosis scan results do not qualify for the Performance Excellence Awards.

    Undertake the Maturity Assessment

    4.1 Path 1:
         1. Conduct a Diagnosis Scan
         2. Implement recommendations from the diagnosis and advanced organizational practices
         3. Initiate an Advanced Maturity Assessment to become eligible for the Awards
    Recommended for: Organizations that expect significant gaps and require more time and effort to improve their system.

    4.2 Path 2:
         1. Proceed directly with the Advanced Maturity Assessment.
         2. Continue with a Quick or Standard Reassessment (within 6-months from initial assessment), if the initial results were not sufficient to qualify for the Awards.
    Recommended for: Mature organizations that expect refinements to their practices rather than radical changes.

    Receive the Official Nomination

    On an annual basis, the GPA Unit reviews the maturity scoring of all entities evaluated in the past 12 months from the last Awards Gala.

    All eligible organizations will receive an official email announcement about their nomination in the Awards category and an invitation to the Gala.
    The organization must reply within two weeks of the nomination to accept the Award and confirm attendance at the Gala.
    Eligibility criteria:
    All organizations undertaking Advanced Maturity Assessments by GPA Unit Accredited Assessors are eligible for the award, as long as their scoring positions them in maturity levels IV or V.
    The Awards Gala is an annual event and will consider organizations assessed in the 12 months prior to the event.

    Attend the Performance Excellence Forum & Awards Gala

    The organization will be invited to attend the Annual Performance Excellence Forum, as well as the Awards Gala.

    The entity must be physically represented by one or more staff members during the Awards Gala to officially receive the Award.

    Share Your Achievement

    We encourage awarded organizations to publicly display the Award on their website, issue press releases, and communicate their commitment to continuous improvement and Performance Excellence to all stakeholders.
