Assessment delivery, quality assurance, and formal recognition activities remain conducted by GPA Unit in accordance with its established standards and governance.
The collaboration supports GPA Unit's objective of extending structured, evidence-based performance management practices and recognized standards to organizations across Bahrain and wider GCC area, complementing ALANSARI CONSULTING's established work in strategic planning, performance management, and governance advisory.
